Rooftop pool and hot tub were nice areas to hang out. Also, the lounge was great! We had several couples staying in the area prior to boarding the POA, and when the power went out in the whole area, we were fortunate to have a place to get together and socialize. This place is an easy 5 star rating.

We had a great time staying here! It was a good location and an amazing view. It was the perfect amount of space for a couple and had almost all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We found it odd that shower soap or gel is not provided, so be sure to bring some with you. The place needs some minor maintenance but overall did look like the photos. The building itself has a hospitality lounge that we took advantage of on the last day before our flight, and is near many markets and places to eat. The pool is small but the beach is a short walk away.

The condo at Pacific Monarch was a great stay. The views from the room are beautiful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The food choices in the area are amazing all within walking distance. I didn’t rent a car, but there is parking if you need it. The rooftop pool was really lovely a great place for laying in the sun and relaxing plus views from there are amazing. The best part is the room is only two blocks from the beach, they also provide beach, chairs and umbrella, which I used every day. I would definitely rent the condo again. Just wanna say the staff at the front desk we’re super nice and helpful, was a great 10 days.
My son and I loved the views, convenience to the beach, and great food and drinks steps from the hotel.

Wonderful stay! Super clean and modern. The rental is located just 2 blocks from Kalākaua Avenue which means you are in the heart of Waikiki and everything it has to offer. Secure parking in the building so you don't really have to worry about your vehicle. For those who need internet, the Wi-Fi is superfast - yay! Full size fridge and microwave let you bring leftovers of those huge Hawaiian portions back for a midnight snack. Janet was super responsive before and during our stay. Partial view of the ocean truly gives you the Hawaii vacation feel. Even the folks at the check-in counter were very friendly and helpful. Hope to find this unit again for future trips, thank you!

Great Location Near Waikiki Beach and Shops
Great little studio apartment for 1 or 2 people. A pretty view of the ocean while laying in bed. Two short blocks from beach. Bring your own k-cups, there isn't any to get you started. Bring a tall person to reach the dishes above the refrigerator. No dresser for your clothes, just a very small wardrobe to hang a few pieces if clothing. I made a suggestion to the manager, so I'm sure they will address the few things I found frustrating. Overall a great little place and fantastic location.

Beautiful place and perfect for our stay! It’s 2 blocks away from the beach. The building also has a good pool and sauna room that we used. Location is so convenient to just stay without a car if all you want is good food and beach. There are amenities provided by the owner that we felt were sufficient for our stay. There’s sushi, sugarcane juice, bbq spots as soon as you go down the building. Can’t beat the location. Convenient paid parking if you need it.

Beautiful rental with updated refined taste. Fabulous views and location -just three minute walk from Waikiki Beach Central . Many great restaurants and convenience stores in the 2 block area including the best coffee cart and Musubi restaurant within 100 feet of front door. Cozy, cute & convenient
This is a cute, and cozy stay. There is a very secure parking in the facility. This stay is close to everything in Waikiki, a block away from the beach, restaurants, etcs. It is also convenient to drive out of without all of the traffic jam and pedestrians. I definitely recommend!

We booked this unit as the listing had many amenities we were looking forward. We paid the listing and tried contacting the owner several times to ask questions before arrival, owner took a very long time to respond, I had to call VRBO to ask for a response. We arrived at the unit and the bed slats were all falling apart, the TV did not turn on because there were no batteries in the remotes and the kitchen was definitely not well stocked. We contacted the owner several times, first time was about drinking glasses, she said she would order some and get them sent to us, days went by and nothing. Then we contacted about the TV remotes not working, she again asked us to go buy batteries. We tried several times to contact her, the response time was not acceptable at all. I will say the location is prefect if you don’t have a car and the area is beautiful.

The apartment and views was amazing and the location was 2 short blocks away from the public beach. Plenty of places to eat, shop, and sight see. Parking was also conveniently located on sight. The commute to the major interstate was ~1.5 miles away.
