I don’t recommend.

They set a $500 hold for incidentals, yet the furniture is uncomfortable and outdated. The bathroom door didn’t close and the carpet was worn.

I’ll just stay somewhere else next time

Room was difficult to find at first the way they’re numbered its odd but that’s fine. I asked house keeping if they cleaned the room already since I saw them on the way in, I was told no. Then the room smelled bad bed smelled bad rug still had objects on it from previous stay no garbage can in sight couch felt “sweaty” toilet struggled to flush no hot water in the shower maintenance had to come in to “turn up the hot water heater” then had to wait an hr to shower after that, very inconvenient. Upon check out I smelled food, mind you I was very hungry n realized I had missed the breakfast I wasn’t told would be available. It was only one night but was a very long stay.

Comfortable 2 bedroom suite

Room was bilevel on 2nd floor. Very well stocked and comfortable. A few annoyances- tv didnt work in the living room (but there were 2 others), and the shampoo container was empty. The breakfast was very good and staff there was very friendly.

Well room was great but the bedding was very thin, definitely not something that I expected Connecticut is very cold at this time and the quilt was a thin as a shower curtain, not warm at all I expected warm comforters to keep you warm not paper thin like if you were in Florida

The hotel and my room were Good, i had to switch rooms because the deadbolt lock wouldn't close. Only to go to a new room that the deadbolt didn't close either. I had to wedge a chair against the door. They said maintenance left for the day and would come by in the morning but no one came by. There wasn't any dish detergent or dish sponge in the room to vlean the dishes.I was told someone would bring these items to me, but no one did. When I called the front desk they said the person left for the day, and he was the only person on the clock so he couldn't leave the front desk. At this point I waited until the morning to go and get the cleaning supplies. I spoke to the manager at checkout and she said she would compensate me with points. I did not get any additional points on my BonVoy account up to this point.
