Dirty inside out. Was given a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes no matter how much I sprayed. Bed super noisy and uncomfortable. Both sinks bathroom and tub was clogged. Key kept stop working so had to keep going to office.

The room was nothing like the photos on the website. It was extremely dirty, with cigarette holes in the blankets, an uncomfortable bed that felt like a box spring, and an overall unclean, unpleasant environment. We took photos and immediately booked a hotel across the street. Both my mother and I canceled our reservations in person, signed refund paperwork, and were told we’d be refunded—but we never received it. After multiple follow-up calls, we gave up and lost over $300, on top of paying for another hotel just to stay two nights. Very disappointing experience.

Upon arrival the door wouldnt latch. I was told theres wernt other rooms. Had to fix myself to make the room secure. Non smoking room but smelled of canibis. Paid for a room with fridge and microwave yet room had neither. No towels in the bathroom. Would not reccomend.

Lady at the front desk when I checked in seemed rude, my keys only work for a few hours and I had to go back and have someone reprogram them, I reserved a smoking room and was told that there were non available because it was last minute but I reserved the room almost a week in advance and it was available at the time I reserved it

My car got towed from parking lot with paper on dash i had to pay 232 dollars to take it out plus 35 for taxi their was people fighting in front of my room worst motel ever front desk lady had an attitude roaches in room cigarettes burns everywhere etc

This is my 2nd stay and the staff is friendly, but the room this time around the shower curtain was old and ragged and old shower and toilet seat. Overall the stay was as expected for the price. I would recommend them updating at least the shower curtain.
