The general manager Andrew is a fraud! He charges people for rooms that were cancelled with notice. Not only did he fake documents to try to convince the bank I was in the wrong when I dispute the charge, but he also messed up and provided documents blaming me for smoking as well, little does he know I don’t smoke, and one document had another individuals name on it with their personal information. Lmao… can’t wait to contact that individual and tell him that Andrew the general manager sent out his personal information to a bank and to myself. He tried to make it look like I was the one smoking! Shame on you Andrew! Just how many people do you do this too. Maybe it’s time to call the state Attorney General’s office on your establishment. I know the individual whom you graciously shared his personal and private info with will.

The first room we were given wasn’t cleaned. The beds weren’t made and there was trash on the countertop… clearly the housekeepers had not been there since the prior guests had left. Very odd and off putting. The manager was prompt in putting us into a new room and was very apologetic. The fitness room was okay. The equipment has TVs but the TVs don’t have the necessary subscriptions to actually watch anything. Breakfast and coffee was awesome.
