This was our second stay here. I asked for a handicapped room, as my husband walks with a cane. I don't believe this room had been stayed in for awhile. The bathroom door handle was broken. The garment hook fell off of the bathroom door. The tile floor was stained, perhaps with grout or adhesive. The tv was difficult to operate and at times just didn't work. The breakfast selections were minimal. Do not believe we will return. Staff is very kind and courteous, but doesn't make up for rest.

Dog is allowed but charged $15. It can be pet fee free.

Good location [easy off freeway]. Comfortable bed, Nice shower.

No hot water for shower, no elevator to carry belongings from third floor-my guest has a prosthetic leg!, no shampoo/cond, no glasses/cups, no wash cloths, one packet of coffee, no pot to fill coffee reservoir, one corner of drape hanging off rod, no tv in the morning but lights and air were working. I received a $15 credit and thought it should have been more considering the inconveniences involved.

Disappointed. Had to face lot of trouble due to low voltage on the second day. There was no Hot water to take bath. The lift was not working(due to low voltage) and I had to face difficulty in carrying my kid's stroller & rest of the luggage. The management should have taken some steps to counter this issue. I am sure, like me there were other guests who had to go through lot of trouble due to this "low voltage issue".

I was very happy and pleased with my stay at this Super 8 traveling through Connecticut. Check in was quick and easy, the staff very accommodating and friendly. The room was super clean and nicely appointed, with all amenities I needed for an overnight stay. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room was quiet. I did not take advantage of breakfast the next morning (being a vegan, hotel breakfasts aren't my thing). I appreciate the affordability, cleanliness and service at this hotel.

The room was falling apart and dirty. The breakfast was disgusting and limited. The hotel staff was polite, but unhelpful when we asked from r am adjustment on our bill for the broken tub, etc.

Happily impressed with the modern decor of the room and the large comfortable beds. The make-your-own waffles in the lobby for breakfast was also a nice surprise.

PTAC unit in room was loud. The breakfast area was kinda gross. A cheap quick stayover but I'd rater pay a little more for a nicer place.

The motel was undergoing renovations while my wife and I stayed there but the room we stayed in renovations had been completed and was fine.

Nothing spectacular... clean and affordable. Staff was competent and friendly. Would stay again.

when I got the key to my room and got on the elevator, the elevator was full of plaster. I stepped off and couldn't believe my room was right in the middle of a construction zone, literally every room surrounding it, had paint cans plaster, plaster dust drop cloths, you name it. I never would have booked it had I known I was going to be in the middle of a complete renovation. plus my husband has copd, and this would have brought him to the ER for sure. I went to the desk and asked about another room and the owner imformed me had I booked with him in stead of orbits, he could do something, but I would have to call orbitz to make other arrangments. who in the heck wants to deal with this after just checking in. I asked for a room on the main level, because the room was unacceptable and I had asked for handicapped arrangments in my order from orbits, either near elevator or first floor. he told me i'd have to pay and extra 10 dollars per nite, which I did. I just wanted to get settled. they put me near the back door .The room was an older room, I do not fault him for this, prob is, they lock this door at night, so to get my luggage in and out or get my husband to car, I had to go way around to front door. by the way there are no handicapped doors and I had a awful time trying to get my husband thru the doors in his wheel chair. one of my towels had brown stains on them, that was gross. I suggest they wash towels in hot water and bleach.

They don't honor their promotions that they have posted in the rooms and god forbid you bring it up or ask questions about it they will kick you out and not honor your reservation as well.

This stay was only overnight. It was convenient to be able to check in late(10:45 pm). The room was cold until I turned on the heater. It was comfortable after that. The refrigerator was sitting on the floor. It was a table model so needed to be put on a higher place. Inconvenient for someone who can't bend over easily. The bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. I noticed that there was a small amount of trash under the bed and obviously the rug had not been vacuumed. I did not utilize the availability of a breakfast ,but that was a good feature.

Nothing spectacular. If you need a place to stop for the night this is convenient as it is located right off of the highway.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. good room for the price

I checked in late which was no problem. Accomodations were adequate for my needs. Since I was visiting friends nearby, I only needed a place to sleep. Everything was ready, as I expected. The person at the registration desk was courteous and gave me the information that I needed.
