Properties pretty old and run down lots of peeling paint stained carpets, etc. you get what you pay for the beds were fine and comfortable sheets were clean. We only stayed for about nine hours as it was just a place to sleep.

Tons of stain on sheets, chairs and rugs. Bad odor to where I had to go buy air fresheners and spray. Staff did not provide towels so I had to grab them myself. No service in fixing beds or change find sheets either. Not sure why charge service fees if they’re not being provided. Will not come back. Lastly, elevator was down.

This was monumentally terrible. The whole building smelled musty and like cigarettes. The room’s air conditioning was making loud banging noises on a cycle and could not cool the room. Hair all over the bathroom, sticky carpet, glaring naked lightbulbs, patched together insufficient door lock that felt unsafe. I’m honestly not that hard to please. For $260 per night, this never should have happened. If I had a choice, I would have walked out.

The elevator didn’t work, the hall rugs were stained, smelled and looked like never vacuumed. Hall furniture stained and smelled. Shower stall had mildew in every caulk joint, and the paint was peeling off the cieling. The shower enclosure was falling apart, curtain rod in window half off. Yah no good. Never experienced such a ratty rundown dirty and unkept hotel.

This Quality inn found all the bathroom and the shower they don’t meet the standards service most shower heads are broken and the faucet doesn’t work properly carpet and walls need to be done and replaced Frigidaire are frosty frozen. This Quality Inn Cromwell needs to be inspected!!!!

I rented the room for the weekend for myself, bf and our service dog.,at first I received an email that they didn’t support my ESA as a service animal however, at the property they requested additional $25/day + tax and a $50 deposit for incidentals. We were given a room on 1st floor (elevator broken) and right next to ice machine (good plus) No one bothered us during the stay. Our socks were black from walking barefoot on floors. I thought we reserved king sized bed we were given a room with 2 full sized beds. There were some shady people hanging around property and the police were there on one occasion. It definitely wasn’t worth the price

The elevator was inoperable during my stay, which was an inconvenience. The person on duty was able to accommodate my party and keep it on the main level to avoid using the stairs, which I can't do due to health issues. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the breakfast being served. The breakfast was more of a snack than a breakfast. There was bread( white or wheat) to toast, blueberry muffins(mini), pastries that were cut into strips, yogurt, a pancake machine (they were not fully cooked), and 2 kinds of dry cereal plus oatmeal. This was the same each day. It was not what I would have expected from this hotel. Overall, the stay was enjoyed. The rooms were clean, and it was quiet.
