Rooms were very clean and staff was super friendly. My furnace was making a loud squeaking and they promptly got me into a new room. Even when we had to check out early (late in the night) because we had gotten into a car accident on the way home and needed to go home, they were very kind with me.

I would 100% recommend this hotel. My husband and I stayed here three nights for a weekend getaway. We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities. Only ten minutes to downtown Grand Rapids. The breakfast every morning was plentiful and had new items each morning. There was cookies, coffee and tea offered everyday all day. Two small details I truly appreciated was the noon checkout which is unheard of and there was a nightlight in the bathroom so no bright light in the middle of the night. Also, the pool area we didn't use but did checkout and was very clean. There's also a small game room. We definitely stay here again. Save a little money not staying downtown you'll be happy with this hotel.
