Our check in was fabulous. Kristen was exceptional. Kind, informative, helpful, and offered dining advice for the nearby area. Our room was very cool, clean, smelled fresh, had plenty of pillows, the bed was soft and comfy. We also really enjoyed how quiet this hotel is! We never heard doors of other rooms, anything through the floors or walls from other guests. We will stay here again! Very happy with our experience.

The room was not functional for two guests. The bathroom wasn’t well stocked with supplies, the vanity sink faucet wasn’t installed correctly and water poured over the vanity top and onto floor, the shower door had no handle on the inside so you couldn’t open the door towards the interior of the shower unless you were very tall. Consequently you always had water on the bath floor which is a fall hazard.
