The pictures show nice hotel when you get there and have to pay $100 deposit for some odd reason the room is run down the thinnest of the walls. I cannot go to sleep until three in the morning hearing the people next-door.. the rooms definitely need an upgrade to the painting into the floors. I’m not sure what you could do about the thin walls, but I won’t make this mistake again.

We will not stay at this property again. We are surprised that Expedia would carry a property like this. The room was not clean, the bathroom toilet was leaking water. Nothing about our stay was adequate. The charge for this room was high for what we got. There are much better properties in Fresno at a better price. For our next visit to Fresno we will investligate better.

Most of the room was not clean such as floor, toilet and overall bathroom. They clean everyday but the floors were not cleaned. The walls are thin so you can hear people from the rooms next to you. There are a lot of options to eat around but there are a lot of homeless in the area and doesn’t look safe.

Disgusting room!!! The king bed sinks down in the middle and felt like springs poked our backs. The couch has stains so bad we wouldn’t dare sit on it. The ceiling vent was falling off and dirty. The bed sheets had stains on them. The “clean” towels had some black residue on them. The white shower floor was brown. I will post my photos as proof on all platforms that take photo reviews. When I mentioned the horrible room conditions to staff, they literally shrugged it off until I told them that I would definitely be leaving a review with images was the only time I got any type of “apology.”
