We had multiple issues with our key card as did both other people that had gone with us who also had their own rooms. We were there 1 night and took 3 different key card resets. We also discovered that unless we slammed our room door it didn’t latch and anyone could walk in. We bought premium room which was supposed to be 100 sq feet bigger than a regular room but looking at our friends rooms it was no bigger than there regular ones.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast has changed since we came last year and seems to have less options but we still enjoyed it. Potatoes were good. I was hoping they would have OJ but it only had cranberry juice and apple juice. Room is very neat and clean. AC worked well. very quiet ac unit. Cool retro looking hotel, I really loved the look! very spacious. Hallway is very loud but luckily it wasnt too disruptive. We will stay here again. :)

The smoke alarm's batteries ran low and began beeping extremely loudly at 5:30 am. It took the front desk 3 hours to address situation. We never actually received an apology for the incident. In fact, front desk staff actually seemed a little put out like they were being inconvenienced. Showers are cold water only each time we tried. Fabulous otherwise.

Deluxe breakfast option: eggs, protein, potato, carbs. Rooms are dated but well kept. Our room was definitely dusty though. AC was great and worked really well. Bed was not that comfortable, you'll probably have to request for additional pillows because they were really flat. Really hard to reach front desk. Was hung up on multiple times before being placed on hold. Check in lobby is updated and looks really nice, not reflective of the standard rooms.

Great staff clean swimming pool

Overall my stay with my family was good. In the check in make sure to tell them the people in your room to get breakfast tickets per person. The swimming pool was big and has low levels for kids as well. It was a little far from our room though. My room was clean, comfortable bed, and had a great AC. However the toilet had a leak. Called the front desk and their staff immediately gave us a new room in the same area. The staff was really great. 0 issues in the new room. Didn't get to try the breakfast, it's from 6-9 AM. Next time ill ask for a room near the pool, and hopefully try their breakfast.
