The room was quite noisy. Can hear those above, on the sides and in the hall. Cleaners shout early in the halls. Not good water pressure and the only soap is in a dispenser - not even a tiny bar of soap, felt very institutional, or like a dorm room. No essentials like q-tips…not a thing. Bed was comfy enough. Nice front desk staff. Not 100% clean. There was a bottle cap on the rig that didn’t come from me.

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It has a tapas bar/restaurant on site, but is also walking distance to other restaurants. Definitely worth the cost and nicer than expected.

I rented this room because I had stayed at work too long and I was too tired to drive an hour home when I got there the greet the staff greeted me and they were very nice and checked me in fast. It was around 9:30 at night and I arrived to my room by driving around to the back and walking up the stairs when I got in my room I took my shoes off and walked about three steps in my thick socks I actually had stepped in something wet on the floor. I was wearing white socks, and so when I took them off and looked at them, it appeared to be urine because my socks were yellow. Then, when I sat at the edge of the bathtub, scrub my feet from whatever urine or whatever it was, there was a pubic hair on the bathtub. I would not stay here again because I feel like this should’ve not been an issue. I was too tired at that point to ask for a refund or another room so I fell asleep and when I woke up, I let staff know and they said that they would talk to the housekeeping staff. My breakfast was cold and I hardly eat anything and the coffee was cold as well. I’m not one to complain about my stay somewhere and I’m usually very grateful however, if I’m paying money to stay somewhere there shouldn’t be pubic hair and urine in the room.
