We needed a place to stay the night as we were in town for a volleyball tournament. It was clean and quiet. Although it doesn't have a kitchen, there are several great restaurants just down the road.

Some creative promotional photography made the facility seem larger than it was, but it was certainly enough for a couple nights of bed and shower. My wife and I are used to sleeping on a king sized bed, so the double bed available felt slightly cramped. Also, a hair blow dryer and a bathroom countertop would have been handy. Overall a pleasant experience, just don't expect an abundance of room!

The house was on a quiet street with easy access to a walking trail. It was a cozy space with plenty of plants. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. The only complaint we had was that the space smelled like a pet had recently been inside and the shower drain allowed a faint smell of sewer gas inside, even with the stopper in place. Overall it was a pleasant stay for a long weekend.

Pleasant

The neighborhood is lovely theres indiana traffic and its close to all the family we were visiting. Cooking is a little rough as there are few outlets and it feels a bit like a fire hazard with few pit sized but the extra games where enjoyable.

Quiet and comfortable

I was just there for two nights. I went for a run one night using the trail at the end of the street and took it all the way downtown. The property is very clean, the neighborhood is very quiet. . Loved it!

Like a motel room without ice

The property was clean, attractive, and beds were comfortable. I had read reviews that said the only sink was the bathroom sink, which is true. It was challenging to was dishes at a pedestal sink. The cooler kept food cold, but there was no ice. The microwave worked. The only chair to watch TV was metal. A comfortable chair would be a nice addition.

Roommate not disclosed

It was not disclosed to me when booking that a roommate normally stays in the basement. I was told by neighbors that the roommate was out of town when we were supposed to stay. We did not end up staying there due to this information because I did not trust the location being safe at that point.
