The room was generally clean, however the common areas, especially the stairwells were filthy. Was thoroughly disappointed the hot tub was drained and caution taped off.

The hotel definitely needs some TLC. Not well maintained and a lot of things are falling apart. Had to switch rooms due to AC not working and no maintenance people on the weekend, the other room AC worked but unit was falling apart. But thankful they could accommodate us to a new room.

Hotels.com/Expedia need better customer service!!

Big problems with hotels.com! When things go right, it is an ok service. When things don’t go right, it’s an absolute nightmare!! Not only is the one key “rewards” program an absolute joke, it’s near impossible to deal with hotels.com/expedia when problems arise with a reservation. After being on the road all day, I tried to make a reservation for two rooms. Attempted to check in, hotel clerk showed only one reservation. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to get situation resolved, resulting in getting even less sleep. Due to hotel clerk’s diligence, we finally got situated (approx 2hrs after arrival!

The property is in a great location, close to many dining and shopping options. The breakfast overall was ok but the shining star was the delicious Belgian waffles. The room was pretty nice and fairly clean. The pool was a great temperature and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The staff overall were very kind and helpful. We're happy that we chose this hotel for our vacation.

I booked the fairfield and ended up at the wrong one and was told oh well. The one I ended up at was dirty and smelled like bacteria in the bathroom bed was hard. The halls were noisy curtains didnt close because they were missing the shade part. Very horrible experience and not to mention it made my commute to where I was visiting 30mins away.
