There was construction going on for all of our stay. Support offered no help and even disconnected on me. Support or i were unable to reach the staff. I wouldnt recommend staying until construction is completed.

Motel is obviously having construction and remodeling. Maybe when it’s finished,it will be better. It leaves a lot to be desired now! Staff that we saw were okay. The room was clean, however the bathroom tub looked like it had black mold in spots.

The room was in terrible condition. Leak in the bathroom ceiling that caused the paint to peel and hang down. Walls were damaged. It was clear someone through a party in the room as the tape from the decorations was still on the walls. Shower caulking was black and moldy from not being cleaned well, as was the grout. Found food garbage behind our nightstand. The breakfast is undercooked. They are undoing renovations but it is hidden on their website. Pool cant be used as the area is filled with renovation materials. Doesnt looked like anything has been cleaned or maintained in a long time. Asked for a manager and was told to ask in the morning. Tried in the morning and still was not able to speak with a manager. I firmly believe they should be closed until renovations are complete and they have clean room for people to stay in. We paid just as much for this hotel as we wouldve staying in a clean one, the price was not cheap. Will never be going back.

The room had a foul smell. The mattress was stained. My skin felt ichy the next morning. The usb plug didnt work. The tv didn't work. When I told the staff, they just handed my batteries. The tv still didnt work well. The couch was so bad, I wouldn't even sit on it. The lobby walls are stained and have holes. After the first night, I canceĺed the rest of the stay. Even with the hotel undergoing renovations, Comfort Inn should have higher oversight and standards.

My bed linens were stained with some kind of dirt, the shower was filthy with dirt, the pool was marked closed, however they allowed us to swim, but the pool area had boxes of carpeting stacked up, all of the tables and chairs were put away, and the pool was very cold. There was nothing online about the property being in the process of renovation and it just looked very ill kept. I have yet to try their breakfast, but they are very understaffed (so it seems), and on the front desk there was a sign that said the person working the front desk was making breakfast, and manning the desk, so I don't have very high hopes. The online page said non refundable, but I feel if they're going to be so lax with their quality of care for the rooms and common areas, they should at the very least inform their customers that the property is under construction, and allow the opportunity to be refunded so that people can choose not to stay in the middle of a dirty construction site.
This was a lighter that was left behind by whoever either stayed before us or whoever cleaned our room before we came.

The window curtains were broken, we asked to get someone to fix it, the lobby guy told us that it was ok. So we fixed it ourselves ( I got pictures to prove it) we found fleas on the bed. The room looks clean, but we fleas is not clean. Breakfast was nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE! There were 30 to 40 mattresses in a bare parking lot when I showed up to check in. Pretty sure they have BED BUGS and LIED and said they are renovating. Would not recommend ANYONE stay in that place. The room they tried to give us smelled like someone had been CHAIN SMOKING in there for years. The walls were yellow. Sheets were wrinkled and looked like they were used. I was in such shock that they even tried to rent this room I didn’t snap a pic I went straight downstairs to demand my money back, which they said no to and hotels.com was able to retrieve it thank god! Absolutely DISGUSTING and refused to host my 8 year olds party in FILTH like that. Place should be closed and stay that way! Pool was brown and the water was oily. Walls all banged up and dirty in the main lobby and hallways. The Hampton next door saved us from this MONSTROSITY of a situation. We are locals and we love our city! Believe me when I say there are plenty of nice hotels in the area and this is on a good side of town so we never imagined that would be the state of things.
