Great stay. Room and bathroom was clean and quiet.. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was yhe phone in the room didn't work and you couldn't find anyone that worked there to ask questions to. Supposed to have had coffee and continental breakfast but I never saw that either. At least there was a Waffle House across the road and Long John Silvers/Kentucky Fried Chicken right across the lawn and the parking was great.

Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately we found roaches crawling on the table in our first room. We informed the front desk, and the employee handled it professionally by checking the room and quickly moving us to another one. The second room was cleaner and we did not see any bugs, although there were still some maintenance issues like stained sheets and damage to the walls. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and pest control.

Staff was at the desk but had me use a kiosk with a live person on camera. Noisy guests or workers right outside my room until well after 10pm. Called the front desk and took forever and a couple calls to get a person. Saw roaches. Asked for a crib since it says they are available. They said they don’t have cribs. Their “hot breakfast” consisted of bread for toast, cereal, and muffins. Overall, This was one of my worst experiences while traveling

The property was filthy filthy filthy. The floors were filthy in the room. There were stains all over the sheets and the towels there was dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The smell of the whole hotel was god awful. You had nobody at the front desk. It was all done through a kiosk machine, nobody employee on-site. I travel 3 months out of the year and I gotta say out of all the hotels and resorts. I've stayed in this ranks in the top 3 of the filthiest nastiest places I've ever stayed

The pictures are bright and welcoming but they do not match the actual property. It was also very loud, I could hear people in the hotel around me. We was woken up several times throughout the night. The airconditioner/heater smelled like someone had peed in it. And as we were packing up to leave we found cigarette hole in the sheets.

The room was clean and in really good shape. You definitely get a quality room for the vslur price. My kids also liked the hotel. The breakfast was alright too. Food was average but well stocked. I would stay there again.
