We had a great night's sleep. The beds were great. The room was clean except I think the cleaning people missed cleaning the toilet lid,otherwise the rest of the room looked very clean. The breakfast wasn't much of a breakfast.

The room was clean and well-stocked (coffee and tea), and contains a refrigerator, microwave and nice closet to hang clothes that require it. I was there only overnight, but the property is within walking distance of several restaurants and other attractions, but was near the end of a road so was quiet and somewhat secluded.

I was treated so horrible yesterday by a manager named Dharri at the Florence location by the Florence Civic Center. We have been paying on time every day until yesterday when the girl that covers the next shift didn’t show up till 3:30 and my husband had to get our daughter and then come get me and he didn’t get there till after 4. I told her I was sorry that I was running late and I tried to explain to her why I was running late and she just started hollering at me telling me I better get there asap. I forgot it was card and I forgot to put the money on there cause I was being rushed so I had cash and told her that situation well she started screaming at me and stuff. Now we get there give her the cash and she is slamming stuff and talking rude and she gave me my room keys and told me we were not allowed to book another room are go back there. She was so nasty and mean and I think she treats only certain people a different type of way. Also her co worker saw the whole thing his name is Andrew.
