Cockroaches crawling on the door as soon as I opened the door into the room. Stains all over the bed and pillows. Bathroom crawling with bugs.

Website stated it had an elevator, which it didnot , i asked for first floor room , after noticing the stairs no accommodations, called to tell them i was out of toliet paper and towels the 2 days i stayed noone brought me the stuff, found lots of trash in couch and it was dirty, the waffle guy was nice and friendly made trip a lil better

The room was absolutely filthy. The bed appeared slept in, no blankets, debris on the floor, plaster coming down, dust all over the night stand and dresser - like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I went to the front desk and requested a new room. The second room was equally filthy. I left the key card on the dresser and left the property. Never again.

The rooms were disgusting, blood on the sheets and when asked for a fresh set, they never brought them. Roaches in the rooms . Horrible stay. I asked for a refund and was denied. That was my last time coming to this establishment.

There were holes in walls, broken doors, falling curtains, no toilet paper or kleenex. Worst of all, cockroaches on the walls. The place was dirty and the staff were non- existsnt and overworked (one lady doing it all at the front desk.)

Online pictures were misleading. Nothing like it was advertised. 1rst room wasn't comfortable for me at all. Turned on the light and saw smashed roaches on the wall. Went dwn to let staff know and was immediately offered another room which was much better. The breakfast attendant was awesome, extra polite and engaged. If I ever returned, I'd prefer the 2nd floor room. I think their kept up better

The smoke detector in our room was disabled. The remote for the TV did not work and there were people (including employees) smoking marijauna as we came up to the front door. We left and paid for another room elsewhere.

I will never stay there again.

Everything needs updating. My room had a damaged door knob, broken latch and deadbolt. There was vomit at the toilet base. Refrigerator didnt work. Tv had white lines (pixel damage?) Running through the screen. Ripped curtains. I will never stay there again. I did not feel safe.

I wish I could give this property a zero. When I check in the lady at the front desk was nice and the process to get my key was easy. As I ventured to my room the carpet was dirty and had a stench. I noticed this my entire stay. When I went into my room, at first glance it was fine. I had a refrigerator and microwave which was great. But then I noticed the following- dirty bathroom tub (hard grim), dry blood on the desk seat, stains on the lamp shade, torn shower curtain, broken bathroom door that had duck tape on it, and a ice cup was left in the refrigerator. This was a terrible stay. I asked for the bathroom tub to be clean and when I came to see nothing changed it was still dirty. I had to put a towel down. I had to wait 3.5 hrs just to get extra pillows and they brought me one. The guy who made my waffles was nice. They let me check out at noon which was feasible for my horrid experience. If you saw the pictures you’d be terrified.
