Tuvieron que cambiarme 3 veces de habitación, la primera estaba sucia y con mucha basura, la segunda tenía la cama rota, en los pasillos estaban sucios y con un olor desagradable, la experiencia estuvo muy mal

It was dirty, room had multiple patches in walls, no room phone, no plastic cups, no coffee maker, & ice machine was out of order. Vending machine had a note on it saying to use at your own risk. No continental breakfast either.

The room seemed clean but after spending the night had woken up to bedbugs and little nest on the side of the bed absolutely disgusting and will never he rerturning back and wanting a refund for what i had to go through more money spent

I don’t know where to begin. For one they didn’t even have our rooms ready because somebody had already took them. When we went up to look at the first room that we had booked, it was worse than the second room. Our friends didn’t even stay in that room. They ended up bunking up with us because ours was somewhat better, but it was still disgusting and terrible. Two we get in the two rooms that they gave us and they were disgusting. There was blood on the beds. Sheets were not clean they were hairs pubic hairs all over the sheets. The air conditioner didn’t work. The bathroom had no privacy. The door was broken with holes in it. toilet seat was broken falling off the toilet. The shower door had two holes in it. There was no continental breakfast and the customer service was terrible. I would like a refund. I do have pictures of everything.

The shower was dirty and i was told it was" stained". I asked for extra towels and was told they didn't have any. It smelled awful. When i pulled up there were 3 cop cars at the entrance ( should have been my clue). Then there was a homeless person sleeping directly outside my window all night. The worst experience.

The room was a good size. Very nice bed. Big TV and Dish network. Was clean. The area itself was very quiet. Days Inn is old. Baymont bought Days Inn. Looked like they are intending to repaint the halls and replace the carpet.

Would not stay again

Very run down hotel. Halls smell like smoke, room walls and carpet were filthy. Bed was semi comfy but we just didn’t feel confident it was actually clean. Pillows were old and yellow and lumpy. Dirty wet towel in bathroom and the smoke set was completely missing. Breakfast was meager, cereal, yogurt, muffins and waffles BUT waffle was cooked for us and brought to the table.

Don't expect much.

It was a clean bed. Otherwise it was worn out and felt dirty. I felt the need to wipe down the toilet before using (something I have never done before . You check in at the Baymont which shares a parking lot. All the places that you would have normally checked in were boarded up. I don't recommend. Also, WARNING at the front desk (so both Days Inn and Baymont, there was a sign posted that they will give you $10 off your next stay if you post a 5 star review. Any 5 star reviews are to get $10 off and not actual reviews.

DON'T STAY HERE, NASTY

They over booked our room for Days Inn so they moved us to their other hotel Baymont Inn next door and then charged us extra for an upgrade, the first room they gave us, we told them we wasn't staying in that room because of the issues it had, there was an extension cord that had 2 major brakes in it, we was worried that it would catch fire, the bathroom sink fauset wasn't attached just sitting on the sink, the tub was gross..., so they gave us another room, it was better but not very nice... The house keeping staff never swept or moped the bathroom floor was sticky and didn't move the shower seat to mop, when we checked in for the room the whole week we stayed, we had to ask every day for towels and had to go to the front desk for toilet papper, house keeping never refilled the toilet.. bathroom and room was full of nats, we asked them if they could spray for them but never did, so we bought Zevo and spray our bathroom twice to made it manageable... they don't give out towels for the pool, so if you use the room towels for the pool and want to shower afterwards, forget it, they said they don't give out extra towels...They don't clean the parking lot, cigarettes and trash all over the lot...this was one of the worst experiences we have ever had and will never ever go back here again.... they charged us for the upgrade, from Days Inn to the Belmont Inn, if that was an upgrade, I would have hated to see what Days Inn looked like...

This property was disgusting. Filthy dirty. One of the nights upon returning a drunk guy was standing there relieving himself in the pool. TV barely worked. We will never be back there! I would suggest that no one stays in this hotel!

Just a nasty place

This place is a complete dump. The room is nasty and has holes in the walls. People were smoking cigarettes and weed in the hallway. The toilet clogged up and over-flowed. Just a nasty and disgusting place. I would recommend sleeping in your car before staying at this place.

First, you have to check in at a different hotel…should have been the first sign. Second sign should have been the sheet of paper promoting people to leave a 5 star review for a $10 credit…. Then when we get into the building with our room the key card lock to enter the building securely is broken so literally anyone can enter. Then our room…the sheets were stained, the walls had poorly patched holes. There was a dark substance streak on the wall, sink cracked, latch for the pocket bathroom door was cut out so there was a hole in the door allowing NO privacy and one of the two rooms we had, the plaster on the ceiling was hanging loose and falling off. If all of that wasn’t bad enough, the smoke detectors in both rooms were gone and the wires were hanging from the ceiling….. Do Not Recommend!

Filthy, run down and bed bugs

This hotel should not be in operation. The place is completely trashed, even the elevator makes you nervous to ride up. Everything is so filthy, your shoes stick to the carpeting like it's made of gum. Appliances barely worked, but refrigerator was noisy and clanked all night long. I found bed bugs when I woke, I had to decontaminate everything I brought into room. Had visible bites on my neck.
