The facility had a statement at the front desk stating that there a $50.00 service charge for staying there, it would be released within 5-10 days after one checked out. The heated pool had NO heat.The facility was dark. The wall paper was pealing from the wall on the steps where you had to walk up to your room because there was No elevator to get to the second floor. The carpeting in the hallways were old, dark, and did not look very clean. The maid service did not wipe down the nightstand or refill the room coffee supply. The promo for Quality Inns seem so inviting, BUT this location has a lot of work to do in order to bring this place up to a good or better standard. I would consider this to be a 2 STAR Hotel only.

Where do I begin... not what I expected from a Quality Inn. Worse than a crappy motel. Let's start with the positive first Great mattress I slept like a baby! Employees are so kind but can only do so much with what they are given. I don't care if facilities are fancy but I care about cleanliness. We changed rooms three times!!! First room Telephone did not work Safe did not work Shower was never cleaned from last people hair all over and other things that were so disgusting. Not to mention the room was so run down paint was chipping. Tub needed to be resurfaced, shower curtain was dirty! There was what appeared to blood splattered on the lamp shade and wall as well as blood on the front and back of the bathroom door.Walls were filthy and it smelled so musty and like stale smoke. There were no lights at night to go down the stairs from second floor. I had to use my flashlight on my phone. If you had to access second floor there was no Elevator! Dressers handles were just hanging broken. This place needs to be burned to the ground! For all the problems and complaints I should get my stay for free or at least half price. I will never recommend this place. Not worth it run while you can!

The motel is pretty decent. It was quiet and the my room has a great form mattress and was quite roomy. My only issue honestly was the the mirror had a crack in it as well as some other patchwork that needs to be done in various spaces. The staff was wonderful. I would absolutely stay there again.

This is a perfect hotel if you need a break on a long road trip. Not far off several highways and I had no concerns with the surrounding area. I felt safe arriving at night and found the night staff helpful and the morning staff even more professional. (Too bad she is there by herself though). Yes, the carpet isn't in the greatest shape and my bathtub had faded paint, but nothing dirty or gross. Beds were really comfy and breakfast was average, but still a great perk considering the price. I would go back. If I would point out something negative - the walls aren't very sound proof!!!

This hotel needs a LOT of work. I give staff there credit, they are doing their best but Quality Inns really need to step it up here. We actually had to change hotels in the middle of our stay. Rooms are not clean, furniture is stained, holes in walls, Internet service is terrible with access almost impossible and hallways are messy. They have no elevators so you have to lug your coolers up and down the stairs. Their quiet time starts at 8pm, there is no place to gather or socialize and you must sign a no partying and no noise agreement which let's them kick you out with no refund. Quality Inn would be wise to give staff there the resources they need to vastly improve the hotel. Close it down for a month for intense renovation. First impressions were not good and it got worse from there. I will stress that the staff did all they could, especially their new maintenance manager who is really trying hard to bring the hotel up to a good level. This is all Quality Inn's doing and their responsibility to correct

I am being very generous rating this Quality Inn and Suites as average. Quality Inn used to be much better than this. This place definitely needs updating. Room furniture is badly worn, and bathroom floor seems to be filmy, and slippery. The two exceptions to this was the very nice young lady on duty at 5am checkout, and the very friendly airport shuttle driver called "Too Tall". Maybe this place is in the middle of a renovation, I certainly hope so.

it was dirty. dirty carpet, stained chairs, dirty bathroom. the only really clean thing in the room were the pillows, which were so scrunched up into these strange nugget shapes that it wasn't until the next morning i realized they were actually normal pillows. aside from the dirt, the finishes in our room were just terrible. my first caulk job, had i done it left-handed, would have been better than this. you could tell they did a room rehabe in the past couple years, but they didn't really finish removing parts of the prior room. obvious cost-cutting everywhere i looked, and we didn't check in until 2am! on the brighter side, the staff was friendly. hey, maybe even a little too talkative, but it's the midwest. there are a couple other hotels in the immediate vicinity, i would defintely look at those first. other bright side it was "only" $76 for the night, with the standard bad breakfast included. seems lately it's difficult to find anything much under $100, so i guess that's ok?

Upon check in found out the pool was closed for maintenance. One of the reasons why I picked this hotel was for the pool. Very disappointing. The hotel is nice but could use some updates and renovation in some areas. My room has peeling wall paper by the air conditioner. Our fridge/freezer was not plugged in, we didn't know. Went to plug it in and the prongs on the cord were bent real bad. Needless to say, melted ice cream and in happy guest. The hallway had debris on the carpet, maybe just not vacuumed but still looks bad. The staff is excellent, very nice and willing to help. Breakfast was great! Hotel just needs some maintenance work.

It wasn't the greatest experience, but not the worst. Price was reasonable. Room was clean. The ice machine by my room completely out of commission, which normally isn't a big deal, but the refrigerator was broken. If I were there for one night, it wouldn't be an off deal, but was there for 3 nights so it was sorta inconvenient. I know you get what you pay for, but you should at least get what you're being told you are getting for your money. It wasn't tragic. It wasn't the best either. Just ehh.

This was the worst place we ever stayed! The toilet wouldn't flush, the tub was filthy and cracked. There were numerous cracks in the walls and bad patch jobs where there were holes at one time. There was broken light sockets. My mother who was staying in the room also, is older and steps are hard for her. There is no elevator and the room was the last one in the hall. The staff was not willing to help in anyway. The next morning during check out the front desk clerk said she was making a list of all the complaints from the clients from the night before!! Seriously?? We were in town for a tournament and if there was anywhere else that wasn't sold out we would have moved immediately.
