Night stay for airport shuttle.

Room was great.Problem we booked a 5:30 am airport shuttle on check in. Nextmorning no driver and no shuttle van keys. Owner had to bring his vehicle keys to front counter worker who drove us to the airport.

It was ok. Had to go to a funeral and parlour just up the street so very convenient. Check-in was less than basic but check-out, the lady at the desk was very nice and friendly.

The rooms were nice enough. We did have an issue with our room key at first but the woman at the front desk handled it. There was only one working elevator and there was a convention going on, so that was a bit of a pain. The truly negative part was that it was clear the room wasn’t fully turned over, there was still garbage on the table from the previous guest as well as garbage in both garbage cans. The toiletries and coffee supplies hadn't been replenished and there was only one towel. The bedding had been changed which was the saving grace.

I don't think I'll stay here again

Air conditioner/heater in the room very loud and clicking every 5 seconds, I couldn't sleep... Dog barks... Breakfast room had barely any bread and no coffee The rest was average, reception average, didn't feel very welcome.
