Asked for king size bed. First room curtains don’t work, second room heat doesn’t work. Last room two queen bed. I asked staff if they can get me king size as requested. They said sorry this is all we have. A manager will contact me next day. On checkout I explained everything and they said Managment is in training they will contact me. A week later no call no email. Will never go back to this hotel.

This was an nice, clean hotel, I would love to give it a perfect rating, but unfortunately, we had to fly home a day early due to a family emergency and when I paid for 3 nights but checked out a day early, they wouldn’t refund the extra night that we didn’t stay due to booking through Expedia supposedly.
