We booked a room for three people - two adult parents and one child. Room was one king bed and sofa pull out bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was gross - it had urine stains all over it! We immediately went to front desk to show pictures of the mattress and request another room. We were told that the hotel was sold out and no other rooms were available. So we ended up with the entire family sleeping in one king sized bed. Not what we paid for. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Dishes left in dishwasher, no liquid hand soap, no hair conditioner and the refrigerator was broke and didn’t notice it until the following morning when transforms from the refrigerator to coolers and food wasn’t cold.😢 Reported it to the front desk, her reply was: I have a whole list of items that need to be fixed.
