My husband and I booked for 5 days. Wasn’t happy we got stuck with a room overlooking the lobby but ok. After check in, I had to go down to the front desk to request a microwave since my room didn’t have one, ok. Next morning we were looking forward to breakfast (why I picked that hotel) and there wasnt any. The following two days when they did have breakfast, very limited food and honestly,
tasted horrible. The eggs has some kind of spice to it, waffles were hard, one day the French toast was soggy. Only Cheerios for cereal and bread. If you want your room cleaned, you have to ask for it so on Third day there I asked for our room to be cleaned and came back to a dirty room, no towels and running out of toilet paper. Had to go get my own from the front desk. The young man was very nice. He was actually the only positive thing about this stay. So after all that,we decided to check out a day early and now being I’m being avoided because I asked about a refund for the day we didn’t stay. Keep leaving messages with no one calling me back. Very disappointed
