The sheets had yellow staining Room smelled nasty and the staff knew it did because the fan was on and the window was wide open when we checked in. It was 10•f (-10•c) outside Staff were often snippy and rude. Bad area, lots of sketchy people No safe in the room I can’t begin to explain how nasty this room was. Cannot wait to get home and shower.

At face value i thought it was going to be a good stay but unfortunately it wasn't. There was absolutely no hot water every time i went to shower, the door to our room was broken. So it would snap shut and the refuse to shut all the way without us having to be unbelievably rough with. Which is unfortunate and unsafe.

Check in was fine, bed comfortable. Rooms could use refreshing. Bathroom door was cracked at bottom and there was mold in the shower. Our group had 5 rms altogether and each of us had issues with keys being erased 3 days in a row. First time we got back at 1:00am and couldn’t find anyone to help us get in our rooms. The rooms also had microwaves, TVs, and refrigerators that didn't work. Hot water was low or not there. Infrequently replenished breakfast was late one day and not very appetizing.

This place is good for someone who doesn’t like to spend to much money for hotel, very inconvenient that’s why I like it and a lot of parking space and quit place the only thing that I didn’t like was the smell when we first came inside of our room smells a little bit weird.

Check-in took a while as there system didn't properly show our reservation through expedia. They got it sorted out, but got a different room than we booked. Took about 20 minutes of waiting for them to find our reservation on a different system and get a room for us.
