Nice room

Nice big clean room. Only issue was the toilet inners needed replaced. Toilet didn’t flush well and the seal was leaking which made it run throughout the night.

It was fine but the suite itself showed a bit of "wear and tear." The blinds in the one bedroom and living room had issues and there was a small place where the carpet was fraying in the living room area. Other than that, all was well.

Not as great as we thought.

The room wasn’t as clean as it looked at first glance. The mattress was as hard as a rock, springs poked through. There seemed to be no quiet hours as children where allowed to run up and down the hallways while the grownups had a gathering late into the evening with constantly going back and forth from rooms and letting the doors slam.

Don’t waste your money!!!!

Let’s start with the leaking ceiling in the breakfast area. Move into our room, grab a glass to get some water and there is lipstick on it. There was only one remote for the whole suite. The bed in the bedroom felt like I was sleeping on a bed that has not been upgraded since the 90’s. My poor daughter has to sleep on the pullout couch which had springs poking up through. When I called about maybe switching rooms, they said they could only send up more bedding to help. It did not. when I went to get into my bed, there was some kind of brown/red crust on the comforter, so I immediately stripped that off the bed. I had three pillows and they were practically “empty” so it was super uncomfortable. The toilet non stop ran. Had I not prepaid for this two night stay, I would have immediately checked out and moved to a new hotel. We travel a lot for our child’s comp cheer team and this is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful hot breakfast, including waffles and assemble-your-own breakfast burritos. Due to weather, I needed to check in a day late and the local staff handled it with ease.

Yucky smoke smell

The room smelled terrible like smoke ( either cigarette or pot or both) but we came in late w sleeping babies and felt like we couldnt move them. One of our boys got a cough :(
