The property is under renovations. The room was clean which was the most important thing. Breakfast was mediocre. The staff were very friendly so that’s also a plus. If you just need a place to sleep after arriving from the airport or before an early flight it’s a good affordable option.

Got in on a late flight. Needed to sleep in. Was awakened, on a Saturday by a drill on the floor straight above my head at 8:30 am. Next, coffee maker in room was impossible to work, which of course could very well had been me, but others in the hotel mentioned the same. Next, took a shower and of course the body wash was empty. I would have been okay with the minor detail of the body wash has the Saturday morning not stated early with drills above my room. The woman working the front counter was great though, although she blammed the early construction on a 3rd party, which didn't work well.

The room was fine except maybe hadn’t been used in a while. Where the artwork was supposed to be on the bed side wall had only remnants of tape and glue. Bathroom lights, only half of them worked. Bathroom toilet paper holder broken. Bathroom tub water dial wouldn’t stay at desired temp due to handle slipping. Fixtured loose in the wall. They are definitely due to renovate or st least gix this one room.

3rd hotel in a row (within one month of travel) had the fitness center shut down due to maintenance. I mean how hard is it to mention that online and websites? I drive a truck and come to Syracuse every week and specifically chose a hotel with a fitness center. I will call ahead next time but again why is it not mentioned online? Also hotel is smoke-free yet smell of marijuana and noise from next door.
