Great hotel with friendly staff, good location, and large apartment suites.
We checked in without any problem as they are already expecting us, the rooms are clean and they give us a room with great view of Dubai downtown area. During our stay the staff are very helpful and the restaurants nepalese staff was great kind lady, she offered a great service. Only disappointment is that the hotel didn't provide tooth brush, paste and shaving blade and cream for man, also it is surprising that the management need to change internet service inside the room.
Hotel nice and clean. Taxi attendant very nice and helpful. Nice lobby. Front desk clerk rude, unattentive, and not helpful. Rooms nice, 3bd 2.5bath. Cleaning staff was alright if you did not let them clean your room when they were ready they wouldn't clean it. Our battery to the door to scan in went dead to 10min. For maintenance to let us in after going down stairs several times telling front desk lady. Elevators are all slow it takes for ever for them to come i don't know if some weren't working or what. The hotel was always busy no matter the time of day. They charge for everything $100 to use balcony. $367 for Internet
