I never stayed at the Red Roof hotel in Warren Michigan. I was in Grand Rapids . Your system made a mistake my reservation was on February 14, 2025. I was in at Red Roof Inn 5131 28th Street in Grand Rapids by the Airport. Someone made my reservation February 16-17 2025 I didn’t believe that happened to me. Plus I made two reservations March 18-19’your system canceled in the computer, Now I have to talk to someone in the refund department. The lady in the department. But only gave me $63.00. My gift cards was $63, $66, $67. But the lady said you should had the money

not as advertised!

checked in to what was supposed to be a deluxe room and was told all the rooms are the same size but they upgraded me to a "support" room for an up charge after i paid for the deluxe upgrade that got me a room the same size as a standard king. makes no sense also the place was filthy and had burn marks with lots of activity of the unwanted kind. stay away if that sort of thing matter to you.

I have stayed here numerous times. The front desk person was very friendly/I’ve never had an issue with check-in. The hotel is quite dated and in need of improvement, but if you are realistic about the price point and want a clean place to stay, this will probably do the trick. There are no bugs. The sheets are usually quite clean. The standard of housekeeping is fairly low/the parking lot is usually dirty, but the sheets are clean, it’s a good location, check in is easy, and it’s inexpensive.

Room needed quite a bit of maintenance. The door frame was broken and the room was quite sub par. It was freezing in the room even with the heat turned on to the max temp. Went to the office to advise about the heat and was told to just adjust the thermostat on the wall. Duh! It was so cold and uncomfortable i decided to just checkout 3 hours later. If back in that area i will definitely opt for a different hotel.

The tv didn’t work contacted them got a different room told me I couldn’t move because nothing was clean but they would fix and clean did not then went back to the office told me there was no one there that could help me so I just checked out today

Racist clerk experience upon attempting to check in. Clerk was very rude and referred to me as Felicia (fictional drug addict from the movie Friday) Clerk said he only calls ignorant customers Felicia. He said he didn't have a log or receipt of him canceling the reservation and that my business was with Expedia and I needed to call for a receipt of the transaction.
