What a great rental! Amazing stay. This spot has it all. The bed is very comfortable. The TV is nice. Full kitchen with a great selection of coffee. The best part is how close it is to all the big attractions. The host was very friendly and was there for what we we needed. Even though it's connected to the house it feels very private. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Detroit. 10l10!

This apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a super convenient location to walk to and from Little Caesar's arena. The space was beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything you might need. Would definitely stay again next time in Detroit.

My son and I were in town for an event that was being held at the Little Caesars Arena. As I pulled onto the property, I was greeted by Donovan. He was very friendly and gave me a little bit of history about the different venues within walking distance and also about future plans for the WNBA to come back to Detroit. The apartment had every possible amenity that you could possibly need. I appreciate the fact that it had a carbon monoxide and smoke detector as well as as a first aid kit and also a o resized window that served as a second exit in case of an emergency. The only change that I would make would be the let out couch. It was very low to the ground, but luckily my son slept on it and I was able to sleep in the ultra comfortable bed while watching tv. I would definitely book again when I’m in the area.

Great place to stay in the city

What a gem of a find in downtown Detroit! Great location in a beautiful historic home with proximity to so many things. The unit was as described. Clean, modern and safe with lots of character. Donavan went above and beyond as a host. Highly recommended.

Great Property

Donavon is a great host and was great answering all our questions. This place is amazing, walking distance to all the sports venues. Perfect for a short trip or a long stay. It is comfortable and clean. If you stay here you will want to stay again. Great bars and restaurants within walkIng distance.

Beautiful Downtown

Once again nothing beats staying here!! Donavan is a wonderful host and we love his property. Can walk to all arenas within minutes, plenty of food options. Safe neighborhood and comfy property. We won’t stay anywhere else in downtown!!! 10/10
