"We were limited on restaurant's, no top shelf alcohol. We kept being told we were not Platinum but no one could explain or be helpful. We did not see anything on line about this. Most of the staff was rude like we were bothering them. We lost power multiple days. Internet was terrible. We wouldn't go back. We had 10 people in our group and we all felt the same. Even being big tipping we had a hard time getting good service from the staff."
