The hotel was very clean and so were the rooms. Location was excellent for what we needed (concert at Mission Ballroom). Workout room was nice as well. One downside was the lighting in the room; it looked cool but not super functional and dimly lit. I also hate paying for parking but I know it's par for the course in these downtown locations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Our room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was kind as well and to top it off, the bar in the hotel lobby is fantastic! Superb stay all around!

The hotle and room was clean and new. However the service was lacking and there were small kinks they have yet to work out. The phone in my room wouldn't call the front desk, the TV wasn't synching and they didn't really have anyone that could help.
