I had the poorest stay experience ever mostly from one Man on the property William. First, He was always rude, he never welcomed us at check-in. During our stay, the property had a sudden power outrage, the room was cold especially coming from Los Angeles. When we called the front desk to find out what was going on, The same staff member William rudely picked up said "there's no power on property" then cut the phone off.
We were charged $49 for self parking and when we tried to drive into the hotel garage, the doors couldn't open, we kept driving around and coming back at the reception to tell them how the garage door couldn't open only for the hotel staff, a lady working with William to tell us go and drive towards the garage door again.. that it would open and the door refused to open over and over again..The hotel ac unit kept making a buzzing noise even when turned off..The room couldn't get quiet at all. We could also hear other guests doing everything while in our own room. This was a worst experience ever from Marriott.
