This is honestly the worst soundproofing I have ever encountered at a Holiday Inn. You can clearly hear doors slamming from every direction — upstairs, downstairs, and on the same floor — so loud that it constantly wakes you up. The walls are paper thin; I could hear people talking, showering, and even using the sink from other rooms. It was absolutely impossible to rest or relax during my stay. For travelers who value quietness or quality sleep, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. It’s shocking that such poor construction and noise insulation exist in a Holiday Inn brand property

We enjoyed our 4-night stay here. It was quiet inside and felt safe for the area. Parking was easy and well lit. The hotel is in an area of mixed use: apartments and restaurants galore. It's near two interstates and lots of other highways, so driving is a bit of an adventure. You'll find life easier with GPS and a navigator. The room was spacious and clean enough for my standards. One minor negative, the king bed had seen better days. It was very soft as were the pillows. The staff was always friendly and a highlight was the breakfast buffet, with four hot choices that varied a little plus pancake and waffle makers, cereals, four or five breads, yogurt, and apples and oranges and yummy cinnamon rolls on most days. A fruit besides some unexciting apples and oranges was all I missed. This is a solid choice at a very reasonable price point.

Check-in was fantastic! The front desk person was just lovely. However, I did have a little hiccup with housekeeping. When they asked if I needed towels, I mentioned that it would be great if someone could come back to freshen up the room. Unfortunately, she said she was too busy.

I really liked that the outside was clean. It was not any loitering outside beside staff member taking a break. Nice and quiet throughout the hotel. Every once in a while, you may have heard someone running in the hall, but overall not bad. I really liked the idea of quiet hours between 10p and 7 a. The continental breakfast was delicious both days. The staff was pleasant

One thing was a bit disconcerting... check-in is stayed to be at 3:00pm... we arrived about 4:15pm... were issued a room... went to that room and found the door ajar... no sheets... not ready...husband had to return to front desk and be issued another room... not terrible... just not exactly how we wanted to begin our stay, after a 7 hour travel day!!
