Room did not have a tv remote. I was told I would have to come to the front desk from 13th floor to get one which I did. Unfortunately the remote did not work. We called front desk and was told they would send someone to room. They never showed !

Omg. That bed and those pillows were so comfy. The employees at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Love that the Louis stokes va hospital is a straight shot 1/2 mile up road

We truly enjoyed our stay at this unique hotel. The bed and pillows were amazing! We also loved how quiet it was and how easy parking was. The staff was the best! We will definitely be back!
