The Hotel it self was nice and great location. Their Valet service leaves a lot to be desired. The employees were rude at dropoff . I felt as though I was a nuisance to the employee by using the valet service. Had to walk to my car and pick it up myself after a different employee was called in because the person at desk on Wed morning just up and left leaving car keys unlocked. The front lobby manager said the valet service was a separate business from the hotel so basically there was nothing she could do. Overall, the hotel was nice but the valet was terrible.

Not a great experience. All of the elevators were broken. No hot water. Parking was outrageously priced. Location is good which is about the best thing I can say about the hotel. The manager was nice enough trying to deal with a bad situation. I'd avoid this place unless you need to be right next to the stadiums.

The hotel Indigo is located in an area near a lot of activities, the Guardians baseball stadium, the Cavs arena, etc. The room was Ok and the bed was great, but in general the hotel is in need of some refurbishment.

The location is great. The rooms are not very sound proof. We could hear everything going on in the hallway including elevators, people walking by, and loud people just hanging out in the hallways? Courtyard was closed. The staff was wonderful though.

The entire fifth floor was inundated with marijuana smoke. It was so thick you could see it in the air in the hall and the smell was overwhelming in our room. The manager would not do anything about it and said he was cool with it. We had to leave as the smoke was too much for my child.

Great location, bad service.

Well, the location is unbelievable. I literally walked 50 yards to the Cavs game. I would stay there again, but know that service sucks. The valet service is terrible, like I waited 30 minutes to get my car. Look, if you are going to charge $50 for valet, the least you could do is have two guys parking and retrieving cars.

The valet service was great. Friendly and helpful. The room had water (about a quart,) on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Chipping paint in the bathroom. Noisy rooms. I could even hear people flush their toilets let alone all the door slamming in the middle of the night. Staff were friendly and over worked. We stayed three nights, and our room wasn't cleaned or new towels given on the second day. We asked for clean towels But never got them.

Great place to stay for Cavs games!!

The stay overall was really great! My son and I were in town for a Cavs game and the arena was diagonal from the hotel. The price was more than reasonable considering the NBA playoffs were going on. Valet attendants were helpful in explaining the parking options and the room and hotel were very nice. My only complaint was the check in. The worker seemed disinterested and I wasn't informed how much the deposit was... it was just a lackluster interaction.
