We needed a place in Mason that could sleep 10 of us (4 kids under 6). We were in town for a wedding and wanted some place with room for the kids to play and burn off energy. This property was absolutely perfect for it. The living spaces are well appointed and make for perfect “zones” to separate off into if the adults needed to have conversations and the kids wanted to play. The games in the basement were a chef’s kiss as it let the kids play even when it was a little rainy outside. Proximity to any service, restaurant, or shop made getting any supplies we needed to cook or feel at home easy. If there was one annoyance, it comes from the fact that the house itself is a little older (though the interior is nicely updated). This meant getting toddlers to sleep and then walking past those rooms without some loud creaks and squeaks from doors was tough. Nothing a sound machine couldn’t help, but definitely was something we had to factor into our choices. Part of being an adult though :). The neighborhood is nice and quiet and very walkable. This was absolutely perfect for our needs.

This property was very nice! There were a lot of things to do at the house and the location was great for Kings Island! The bedroom doors were a little noisy and the bedroom I was in did not have a clock but those were both very minor things in my opinion. Definitely recommend staying here!

7 of us stayed comfortably to enjoy a couple days at the Cincy Open. This place was a great location for that and was really comfortable and fun. The back patio, sunroom, living room were nice spots to relax and enjoy time with friends. We even had a lot of fun with the great collection of games in the basement. We look forward to returning.

Wonderful Family Summer Vacation!!

We have been coming as a family to Mason for a Kings Island Vacation every-other year since 2011. We have stayed at many locations. This house was BY FAR the best place our growing family (now 8 total adults)!! The house was immaculate. The furnishings and rooms are even better than the great photos provide. We had more than enough room for everyone to relax. The outdoor deck and fire pit were perfect (even in the hot summer!). We played a family game of whiffle ball in the back yard on the first night. The location is literally perfect. We were 10 minutes from Kings Island/Soak City. Kroger/Walmart/Gas Stations are 5 minutes away. I71 is 10 minutes away; I75 is about 15 minutes away. Lynn was a great host who communicated very quickly. If you are looking for a wonderful home in a safe, nice neighborhood this is it! We joked (sort of) that we would just offer the owner a price for the house and just never leave!

Amazing House

This house is beautiful inside and out! Our grandchildren loved the basement area..filled with lots of games and a pickleball court! The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is well stocked. The back porch is so relaxing, it overlooks the beautiful back yard!! Lynn was wonderful to work with, would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place,lovely neighborhood. It was perfect for what we needed for our time in Mason. There was plenty of room and plenty to do at this property. Lynn was an amazing host. She answered all my questions prior to our stay in a very timely manner. I woukd definitely book this property again next time we visit Mason.

50th Birthday at the Stay n’ Play

My wife and I celebrated our 50th birthday at Stay n’ Play with family and friends. It was a perfect! The home offers several areas to sit and talk. The enclosed patio provides a spacious feel with the large edge to edge windows! The large kitchen island is a great place to stand and snack while you catch up with your guests. The service area next to the dining table is the perfect place to plug in crock pots and warmer plates for serving hot foods. There are large TVs in almost every room and you will never run out of things to do! We had an amazing time and we would recommend this home to anyone looking for comfort, space and entertainment all in one place!

Excellent stay for a family reunion

We had 8 family members (mostly in their 60s/70s) stay two nights and 4 other family members join us during the day on a cold weekend in January. The house was very comfortable, with places for people to watch football, play games, chat, and mingle. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. The host responded promptly to our questions before and during the stay. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great rental for families

Stay &Play is perfect as there was so much for the kids to do and the adults in the group to play with them. I think we created some core memories- the game room in the garage could be better with a space heater but the basement kept them occupied or we may go back in the summer to enjoy all the property has to offer. Kitchen and bedrooms were great except bedroom #4 only has 3 beds but loved loved the sunroom and its heater and watching the snow. Best neighborhood ever and responsive host!

Great house and location!

Stayed here for a baby shower weekend in West Chester, OH w extended family. Fantastic location and the house was great for our needs! The sunroom area is even a better area in person- we used it a lot!!! It was nice having 2 family rooms and the kitchen space worked great too. Comfortable bedrooms and great outdoor space as well. We would stay here again for sure. The kitchen lacked a few things, but we were able to make do or buy what we needed since stores are all so close to the house. We also liked the quiet neighborhood!

Great place to stay with the grandkids

Nice house in a quiet area, with plenty of room for the family. Took the grandkids to Kings Island and they so enjoyed their stay with all the activities and games at this house. Kept them busy and happy when not at the park. I would certainly stay again! Host made everything super easy.

40th Birthday Celebration

Its such beautiful home and we had such a wonderful time celebrating my cousins 40th Birthday. We will definitely be back and hopefully get to enjoy the backyard since it had rain all weekend when we were there from Hurricane Helene.
