I had an emergency this morning I couldn't make it out of town, tried to move the reservation for the very next Saturday, having paid for it already not wanting any money back just my date changed. Not to mention i have the insurance they suggest to have and i can't get my date changed is upsetting. I guess it is per Your policy not the policy that I've paid for a room that i didn't even get to use.

Told me that I booked the wrong room that didn’t include a refrigerator and microwave so I didn’t have either, and also saw small roaches, won’t be going back there.

It's a budget hotel, and it shows. But the staff at the desk was friendly, the room was clean. The shower had been recently re done and had a good shower head (for me that's a little thing that goes a long way for a hotel room). Id stay there again if in the area.

This was supposed to be a NONSMOKING ROOM! The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Shower curtain wasn’t replaced! Bathroom smelled like tobacco/ weed and urine!!! I brought this to the front desk and was told she would make note of it so I wouldn’t be charged for it…. Wow! What happened to moving me to another ROOM!!! Horrible experience!

Staff was nice. Me and my husband asked to change rooms because the room smelled, the floor was sticky, and the TV didn't work. Paid a little extra for another room because it was an upgrade which was fine but this room smelled as well. Also, the mini fridge had hair in it, towels were dirty, and the icing on the cake is when a roach crawled across our bed. We immediately packed up our stuff and left. We checked in a little after 4pm and checked out at midnight.

Horrible run away

The worst of the worst, never ever again O MY GOD , our lives were in danger , place is filthy smells bad weed in all the floors , gangs banging on rooms yelling to come out , maybe a Gus was involved and the police were called, towels has stains and smells terrible
