"Great hotel with great amenities and spectacular beach. Our room was a master suite and exceeded expectations. Hotel is very modern and very well maintained. Lots of options to eat, drink, enjoy the beach and pool area. Staff was extremely attentive and we were very well taken care of. Im not an all inclusive fan and was concern about being too crowded and finding activities that personally dont enjoy common in this type of hotels but was not the case. Everything was spacious, clean, organized and allowed you to enjoy quietly and peacefully"

"The rooms were decent and cleaned regularly, which I appreciated. However, there was a lack of consistency with what was restocked daily, which became noticeable during the stay. Room service was quite disappointing. Each time I ordered, the wait was around an hour, and unfortunately, the food often arrived cold. The resort itself felt limited in terms of activities, with most things closing fairly early and not much variety available throughout the day or evening. Dining was another downside. Every restaurant had about a one-hour wait just to be seated, followed by an additional 30–40 minutes before food was served. On top of that, the quality of the food was underwhelming overall."
