Beautiful property, unfortunately some of the staff is inexperienced and gives inconsistent answers to request. Additionally my daughter got sick with a stomach virus/ food poisoning and we ended up paying a lot of money for medical services. Due to that we were not able to experience any of the amenities the hotel had to offer. We requested some type of accommodation for a future visit but the only one offered was an upgrade (and not even in writing nor communicated by any one from administration). Because of this I have mix feelings about the property.

Beautiful Hotel, 5 stars, with very friendly staff! Excellent for relaxation. It was perfect... a little too quiet if you are also looking for music or nightlife or want to see local attractions or explore other beaches. Taxis and transportation takes time.

Second time back to this resort and we love it! service is top notch, food is great, staff is friendly, amazing gym, and beautiful beach. Shout out to Lus Miguel, Pamela, Manuel, an Reyes at the Pier Restaurant. Rafael is the best "butler". We requested him for the 2nd time as he was so memorable the first time. goes above and beyond to make our stay extra special, leaving us nightly goodies and cocktails in the room. Yudelka and Amado were very attentive and personable making the trip more entertaining. Having club access was great as the club pool had daily live music and themed food/cocktail during happy hour. the only improvement that can be made is the quality of the beverages at the coffee shop. hyatt ziva in cancun spoiled us with great coffee beverages and latte art. also, the staff at the coffee shop are not very welcoming.

Beautiful property with great service. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.Rafael, our butler was amazing. We had booked 3 rooms for my 70th birthday trip in January, but only 1 was at the club level. Rafael took care of our Covid tests for all 3 couples, as well as taking extra care to make my birthday truly special!

What I liked about the property was their service. The stuff were accommodating above and beyond. Truly five star hotel.

This was my first visit to Punta Cana. I chose a resort that was highly recommended by a friend who has visited several resorts. However that resort didn’t open its doors. I chose The Hyatt Zilara as my plan B only to find out it should have been my Plan A. I stayed in a ocean view suit. It had a spectacular view of the amenities and the green ocean. At night the pools had a special lighting that made it look cool and romantic. Great restaurants of all kind of food (Peruvian, Indian, Italian etc). And most of all the friendly staff. It’s worth every penny. It was a great experience overall, although I wish I could have danced some merengue or bachata (but totally understand it was due to Covid). I highly recommend it if you are looking for an elegant place and great treatment. I will definitively go back without a doubt!

We bought an ADULTS ONLY ALL INCLUSIVE experience. There were ZERO restaurants open for breakfast and for lunch the snack bar was open (pizza or hamburgers) We had a choice to go eat at an indoor buffet with CHILDREN (Why would you offer any dining indoors during a pandemic while you have 5 outdoor restaurants closed? Last time i checked ADULTS ONLY meant no Children. We were served WOODEN cutlery for room service which made the flavorless food taste like wood. Trying to eat soup with a wooden spoon was next to impossible. For the entertainment, again we were allowed to go to the CHILDREN side or do nothing at night. Why would you sell an ADULTS ONLY ALL INCLUSIVE vacation and then ask us to go with the CHILDREN? CLOSE THE ADULTS side completely if you can not provide what you are selling. Stressful to eat and glad to be home. Worst part is we recommended this to two couples who came and has the same terrible experience. For vegan options at the snack bar, there was not even a veggie burger. Pizza every day or nothing at all. Thank you for the experience. We all live in Bavaro.

The resort is really amazing one of the best that I have seen, and the the staff best people too, specially jojo in entertainment and ignacia in the bar, ai can not tell which restaurant is the best: we tried the french Polynesia, the tempest, the shutter, the asian, italian, navigator, we also received two special dining : one in the italian because my daughter is a food blogger and at the end to say good bye , we are a very big group and everybody had the same opinion, ahh important ... best cahipiriñas ever, thanks everyone to do my vacation one of the best in my life

great place for enjoyment. Beach is like dream and all personal very kind

Fraducio and Felix at the Reef Pool Bar, Luis the Manager of Chinola and Jose in entertainment were excellent, as were most of the team. We were sold an ADULTS ONLY vacation and we received the option to eat with the Children for Breakfast and Lunch. Why sell something you can not deliver? Terrible stressful vacation experience.

Second time back to this resort and we love it! service is top notch, food is great, staff is friendly, amazing gym, and beautiful beach.
