Servicio no concordante con la habitación ofertada

Está en la página de hoteles.com pero no es un hotel no ofrece los servicios de un hotel , es una casa que rentan por cuarto este con 3 camas no existe baño dentro de la habitación la persona que renta el cuarto es muy demandante, ofrece servicio de garage que no existe no hay agua caliente, los servicios de cocina son restrictivos el baño es compartido para otras habitaciones, en general. No lo recomiendo

Our stay in " Maison Bleue"

The owner was polite and the place was clean. However, they did not honor the price listed in our reservation, and we ended up paying significantly more than what was shown on the booking page. Our advice: make sure to pay online in advance, not just reserve, to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Nice and clean. But hot and a/c wasn’t enough to keep the room cold, you have to share bathroom with other people, but overall was good! Oh, by ythe way, I had to pay $20 dlls extra because we got there after 2 am

A restrictive stay with several drawbacks

Difficulties with Check-In The check-in process is unnecessarily complicated. The property, referred to as “The Blue House,” is misleadingly painted a yellowish color, making it hard to locate. Additionally, the address provided on the map is incorrect, and without contacting the owner, it’s nearly impossible to find the place. The owner frequently emails to ask for the exact arrival time, which can be inconvenient for tourists who may lack internet access while traveling. Accommodation Details The property is a private house with three rooms: one occupied by the owner and two rented out. Guests must share a single toilet at the end of the hallway—a fact that isn’t clearly stated on booking platforms. While the rooms themselves are clean, with functional air conditioning and a decent balcony, the overall experience feels restrictive. The house has a kitchen and a pool, but access is strictly controlled. Guests must request the owner’s permission to use these amenities or even to enter and exit the property, as the gate is locked and can only be opened by the owner. Hello everyone we got stuck a few extra days in Cancun . We found this hidden gem ! We had a large room with 2 full size beds and a twin bed . Large closet space and a balcony. The room included a large TV and WiFi . We shared a hallway bathroom which was actually not in inconvenient at all . The lady onsite is super clean and stays on top of it . We got to enjoy the pool and backyard grill area. Would love to have had a fridge too keep snacks and drinks . We will definitely be using this place in the future.

Everything was great, but I picked this property because of the fact that it has a AC, Unfortunately, it was not working well at all, and it was super hot in the room all night. But didn’t know that it was a great place really good food.

Esta en linea promovida como hotel pero es una casa y se compartia , casi no se pudo descansar porque alguien llego a media noche haciendo ruido terrible y el ac que estaba en el cuarto no enfriava hasta una de mi hija tuvo que dormir en el suelo para sentirse mas fresca.
