Came many times to Cancun but stayed at other hotels. Guarantee to say that Hyatt Ziva is the best resort for family in Hotel Zone. Nice and friendly staffs, always smile greeting with guests. All the restaurants offer great options and tasty food, also each restaurant has their own special drink menu. Beach is right in front and back of the hotel. No big waves there, so can see some fishes swim around.

Service and staff were excellent. Beaches and pools were excellent. Food was very hit or miss. Drinks were subpar. Buffet was being renovated and that is my favorite dining option. Facility itself showing its age as rooms were already looking tired, beat up and dated. I was constantly being upsold services, food, and experiences even though its supposed to be an apl inclusive property. It felt like the base dining experience was being skimped on to force you to pay extra for premium dining options.
