Comfortable studio in the center of Cancun just 5 min from the market 28 and 10 min from the bus station walking. Excellent location to take all kinds of transport to different points of the city. Close to shopping centers and supermarkets.

Studio with all private facilities, it has its own integral kitchen, its private bathroom. It has its living room with a sofa bed and with its own dining room.

Guests have access to the garden, kitchen and a common area with sofas where they can relax. They can even use a terrace where they can have coffee.

Guests will have free access to the house when they like to get in and out, each will have their own house key and a private key to their room.
