"This place is incredible! It’s clean, beautiful, centrally located and safe (even though it can look a little sketchy between the Burger King and the hotel). The cleaning staff was great and had the bathroom trash refreshed daily, along with providing fresh towels. This was huge! The staff was unforgettable and helpful in every way. Special recognition for Tiago, Ivo, Carlota, Erica, Rodrigo and the AMAZING staff at Joana (the best meal in Portugal)! The only two things I wish they had were shower caps and wash cloths, but despite that, it was great! I am already looking to other properties in other countries because this place knows how to do it with excellence!"
