Our initial stay was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Service was excellent. Tried to use pool one day but very crowded with loud people. 2nd stay for one night before flying home was not good at all. Recommend getting a high floor with 26+ plus on room number ( e.g 732).

Amazing hotel. Great amenities. Rooftop pool has gorgeous views over Lisbon. The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. They also provide a sweet treat and free water daily in the room. We had the double room city view with the king bed and it was quiet. Bed was comfy. 10/10

Everything was perfect. I could have stayed in the hotel without stepping out for anything. It has different restaurants available in there, serving nice food from breakfast to lunch and dinner. Nice bars with lovely drinks. A very lovely spa area and 2 pools. One indoors and the other rooftop Its close to the city centre and tourist locations too. I appreciated the birthday celebration too. I highly recommend this hotel for their friendly staff and clean facilities.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast was excellent. Staff are nice. They close their pool too early, rooftop at 19:00 spa pool at 21:00. Many hotels have their pool open till 23:00 and considering Sun is up till 22:00 in Lisbon, it is disappointing not be able to relax at the pool a bit later. The staff and food at the main floor restaurant absolutely disappointing. There was not enough beds around the pool and we needed to be there early in order to get a spot. It is hard to communicate with staff because they are not fluent in English so if you try to explain something to them, they seem confused. Otherwise, we had a really good time and it is a beautiful hotel.

It was also really helpful that they spoke not just Portuguese, but also Spanish and English. One of the best surprises was that our room was ready by 9 a.m., way before the usual check-in time. After an early flight, being able to rest right away was a lifesaver. The room itself was clean, modern, and really comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. No complaints at all. The location is also great. There’s a shopping mall nearby with a food court, which was super convenient when we wanted something quick to eat or a bit of shopping. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend EPIC SANA Lisboa to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Very friendly personnel. Amazing breakfast, great restaurant. Pool area is nice. Children/baby swimming is possible until noon indoors. We enjoyed our stay a lot!
