I had a junior suite. Nice room, big and clean. They gave us a present at the room, a wine and cheese with ham. The service is really good, The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel is the location, it’s not bad but not walkable. Anyways it’s beautiful and the service and look definitely a 5 stars hotel.

I have a very positive experience staying at this hotel. the breakfast buffet was exceptional! The staff were very professional and the room very clean and beautifully designed and decorated. The location was perfect. Highly recommend it!

Great hotel with modern facilities. Friendly staff. Ice machines did not work on most of the floors.

Staff not friendly, helpful or accommodating. They seem to be too busy to answer a question or honestly, I think they could careless about what you need. Even if they couldn’t accommodate your needs, they still would not point you in the right direction. Spa, gym, breakfast staff were all subpar for a 5 Star hotel. Front desk was worse. Why they put good looking young girls at the front desk who won’t answer questions is beyond me. At least pretend to be friendly. The people in front of me had a harder time than I did. They need to train staff better. As for the hotel itself, small rooms, updated but still some areas need updating. Gym was old but adequate. Location wise, not good if you can’t walk. But close enough to public transit but uphill.

The room is very nice, but is dirty and I don’t think they vacuum it every day because I saw piece of plastic on the floor for the whole week while I stayed. We have two people and they only provided one bath towel and I have to called to send the towels to my room multiple times. I have been traveled 3 different countries recently and this is the worst one. I don’t feel like I lived in a five star hotel. It’s not worth what I have paid.

Sophisticated, stylish, modern luxury. Privacy could be a concern, with glass walls. Not quite in the old town but close enough to walk. All amenities you can think of, although overpriced.

The staff are amazing and curtious and professional at all times. The hotel leaves no room for anything more to be desired. Huge rooms, comfy beds and clean as your own home! 7 euro cab ride to anywhere

The hotel staff is super professional and very nice and welcoming! The hotel is very modern and well-decorated, the room facilities were state of the art and spacious. The bed was huge and comfortable and the bathtub is awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Brand new and state of the art hotel. Really does look just like the pictures. Amazing staff. About a 5 minute cab ride to barrio alto, 7 mins to baixa, or a very easy metro trip.

good location
