Good value for money. But you should be aware it’s not walkable. You will have to commute via public transport or taxi to all Lisbon attractions.
I was initially checked into a room with a sofa bed down. I went to close the sofa bed and saw multiple metal brackets were broken. The bed would not fully close into couch position. I went to explain to the front desk and had to urge them to move me, which they eventually did. However, they did not seemed concerned about sofa bed issue, which I said was unsafe. Also, window in room was cracked open, so I investigated and saw that the window could fully open, had no safety feature or screen, and was 1 foot off the ground. I was fine, but warn anyone with infants or children that the windows were not to EU standards for safety. Hotel location wasn't central to main touristic area, though close to public transportation. If walking from the hotel on main street, quickly enter an area of homeless people, graffiti, and immigrant communities, FYI.
Urgently improve wifi quality. Very slow and intermitent
Very nice for airport layover. Was there for a few hours, but very good impression
Really nicely appointed. Great bath. I wish I had time to enjoy the room morr
Very family friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing!!!!! WiFi is terrible. Close to subway station.
Excellent breakfast buffet (free for kids), kid friendly (pool, games, activities), 5 min from metro/subway, bus stop in front of hotel, city tour buses next to hotel, close to laundry and supermarket - if you need them. We decided to choose this hotel because of the price, and we ended up loving it! Very happy with our choice!
Positives - reasonably priced, cheap (11 € p/day) underground parking, very kid friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Negatives - while the rooms were clean, not much in terms of views (very small windows). It’s also in an airplane path which could be noisy on some floors. Also, the walk to the local metro, while only 5 minutes away, might seem a little dicey to some, specifically late at night. Overall, would recommend again.
Very good location and very nice staff very friendly and helpful food is good and price is very reasonable
