Very small hotel and as a matter of fact they do not have a specialized concierge personnel - but every one we met at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
Staff was exceptional, helpful and friendly. The Fado dinner was a nice experience. Location was ideal close to metro station.
Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Fabulous made to order breakfast. Nice pool and deck. Had a fado night at hotel when we were there. Convenient location. Can walk to many areas and near metro. Staff was if anything overly attentive.
