The location is perfect for walking through the historic and shopping areas. Walking up to the castle is direct through beautiful laneways…or take the nearby Tram 28. The ferry/Metro terminal is just steps away which makes for easy arrival from the airport. (After visiting Lisbon, we returned to the airport by metro to pick up our rental car. You don’t need/want a car in town) The room is modern and clean with a comfortable bed. Some thoughtful extras in the room. The staff is responsive and helpful. We’d stay here again without hesitation.
