The rooms weren’t what I consider big, but we definitely had space where I didn’t feel like I was in a shoe box. My favorite part of this hotel would probably be the lower level - the pool and sauna were a nice retreat to home come to after a long day of sightseeing. Loved the decor.
Centrally located in nice walking distance to all aspects of the city. Family friendly. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was probably the nicest overall of those we went past in our travels in Lisbon. Location was perfect, staff attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. Accommodations were fantastic. Breakfast was great but expensive. We’re not able to just get coffee as had to order buffet as only option. Food excellent. Sky bar wonderful. Would definitely stay there again!
The hotel location and the service were great. The beds and pillows need to be more comfortable. Even the suite had a hard mattress.

Enjoyed our stay. Liked having an “in hotel “restaurant and bar. The conceierge (Barbara) was excellent because she could assist in all areas- transportation, restaurant advice, and directions and always w/ a smile. Thanks to the hotel for the surprise cake and champagne for my husbands birthday. The spa area was clean, well stocked, a perfect place to unwind in city center.
Portobay was very enjoyable on our first trip to Lisbon. The hotel is immaculate, staff outstanding, location is excellent, and the breakfast buffet extensive and delicious. We like that the Metro was only a few short blocks away and luxury shopping close by. The rooms are comfortable with great beds. I used the business center to print out some business documents. I think this hotel is moderately priced for such a luxurious establishment and recommend it.

I loved it so much I'm going back when I return to Lisbon. The staff are amazing (they followed up with the airline that lost my girlfriend's luggage, which fortunately was found), the location is excellent and the facilities are great.
