This my 3rd stay there. The location an property are perfect. The staff are all top notch, a great concergie. Breakfast is my favorite in Lisbon. Wonderful spa an indoor pool, large enough for laps. Roof top hot tub. The front desk is very accommodating, early check in if possible, an a perfect room for my needs. I use a cane. Stay there you will not be disappointed.

Everything about the stay was perfect. From the welcome we received on arriving until our morning departure every detail was perfect. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t be more helpful - we used the Bistro twice for evening meal and the food was excellent in quality and value. We ate in the Aviator bar on the last night and the standard of service and quality was every bit as good. We used the pool and I had a spa treatment with Abigail who was very good. Martina at Guest relations was very helpful and the recommendation and bookings she made for us with Resturants and Buddy Tuk Tuk were just what we wanted. She listened to what we wanted and didn’t hesitate in finding us the right places. Housekeeping kept our room impeccable. Concierge were helpful. Altogether a fabulous stay.

The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. It was a shame the indoor pool was too cold for us to use. We also had to ask twice for water and milk but the hotel did put this right. On the whole the hotel was really lovely, clean and very comfortable. The staff were so helpful and got to know guests orders quickly. Would highly recommend.
