Staff was very helpful. Coffee , tea, biscuits, wine, and Port always complimentary in lobby. Charming room with tall windows.

This is one of the two most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. Not only was the room lovely--a full tiled bathroom with ceramic sinks and bathtub, a view onto the esplanade from the terrace, a huge comfy bed--but the lobby was a place I could have stayed in for hours. Service excellent. Breakfast abundant and delicious. I'd stay there again very happily.
This place is on main and main. Can’t find a better location. Hotel is beautiful and newly renovated with original details. I would give it a five star but internet was not available in rooms while I stayed and the light controls all five panels in the room or the worst configuration I have seen. I would still come again and stay at this property.

A bit old-fashioned hotel on a main thoroughfare of Lisbon. Walking distance to old town attractions. Metro and bus stops nearby. Sintra-bound trains leave from the rail station across the street. Staff very kind and helpful.

The staff here were just amazing. They couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. The breakfast is delicious with many choices and served in a cozy lounge setting. The location is so convenient. Across the street from train station and funicular to Bairro Alta, walking distance togreat shopping and the Castle. Loved this place!
