The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. It was a shame the indoor pool was too cold for us to use. We also had to ask twice for water and milk but the hotel did put this right. On the whole the hotel was really lovely, clean and very comfortable. The staff were so helpful and got to know guests orders quickly. Would highly recommend.

I've stayed at this property several times and noticed that it's beginning to show signs of needing an update, given that it seems to be increasingly popular with groups in recent years, rather than the sophisticated business or private travelers I've noticed in years past. Housekeeping was not on top of everything, as I had become accustomed to making this stay less enjoyable. Due to construction, the lovely streetfront verandas were not available. But they do still have a wonderful breakfast buffet and bar where staff are topnotch!

If you want to feel like you’re in a little European dream, this is it. The room is so charming and quaint on a cute tree lined street. The team here feel like they genuinely are happy to be there and to see you. The pool/spa facilities were fantastic and relaxing. Location was great w Eduardo VII park close by and lots of shopping accessible. First night and already in love with Lisbon.
