I asked the front desk woman to confirm whether there were any clogged drains before she booked my room, and she said there wouldn't be any but the sink was clogged. She also made me feel crazy for telling her that the middle elevator was broken and she denied hearing that that was ever a problem (and she looked confused). I had to be with some other guests and experience the broken elevator again, then talk to the concierge who told me it was a known problem that frequently needs to be fixed, and that you really need to press excessively firmly on the buttons. Then the housekeeping staff took my RFID card but denied it and it took too long for me to be taken seriously about this issue. There is some traffic congestion issue, so if you need to take a taxi/uber to the airport because you have heavy suitcases, it can easily take you >30 min despite the estimate. You need to cross some major roads to get to the nearest metro and several drivers in Lisbon will turn close to you while you have the right of way in the cross-walk, so it doesn't feel safe. Since the hotel is next to the highway, you hear car traffic all night. This is not a location I would choose again when other similarly priced options are more convenient (Baixa is the city-center and it is 10 metro stops away, but I didn't realize how inconvenient this location was until I actually experienced it).

Not good for groups of more than 8 going to the aiport. Its also 1st come 1st serve. If its booked & you have an early flight you will have to take a taxi or Uber. Shuttle from hotel to airport starts from 6-11am only.

A booked this hotel last minute as a quick one night stay over in Portugal. The staff was helpful and guided me in where to go and how to access the metro. The room was really clean and ready for me. The area was safe and pretty near to the airport. I took Uber into the city which wasn’t too bad.
Room was slightly dirty. Hotel seems run down a bit. Poor hallway lighting. No help with my bags when I came in despite having alot and with a baby
Noise from nearby airport ans soccer stadium, room is too dark. Very acessible, subway nearby, good amenities, good value for money
We stayed here because it was close to the airport and it provided a shuttle. But the shuttle was only to return to the airport, times were limited to every 30 minutes, and many time slots were already reserved. The hotel only provides soap and shampoo in wall mounted dispenser bottles, but some were empty and on the ones that had product, the design makes it impossible to dispense a usable amount. Others in our party had the same experience. This is ok for a one night stay before flying out of Lisbon, but there are probably better options.
